The solo exhibition Anatolian Goddesses by artist Müge Yılmaz is currently on view and runs through Sunday, the 20th of April. The exhibition will conclude with an artist talk on Saturday, the 19th of April, from 17:30 to 18:30, featuring a conversation between the artist and Nesli Gül, curator, researcher, and art critic.

 

Nesli Gül Durukan is an Amsterdam-based Turkish independent curator, researcher and writer with a strong academic background and over a decade of experience in the contemporary art field. She completed her PhD in YTU Art and Design, where her research examined the use of archives and memory in contemporary art institutions in Turkey and has since carried out independent research projects such as Visual Artists From Turkey in Dutch Art Ecosystem funded by the Mondriaan Fonds, collaborating with institutions such as Van Abbemuseum, Rijksakademie, and Framer Framed as well as working with many visual artists, and art and…
